Who we are

First4Media is a video content and social media advertising business based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. For any privacy question, contact us at tye@first4media.co.uk or 07947 190211.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and, if you choose to give them, your business name and message. We also record which page you sent the form from.

If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and, if you go ahead, provide our services. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who handles it

Website enquiries are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which may store data outside the UK under its own data protection terms. A copy is emailed to us and kept in our business email, provided by Microsoft.

Calls and WhatsApp messages are handled through our phone and WhatsApp, which are subject to those providers' terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing tye@first4media.co.uk.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
